He was apparently the first character to have had come onboard for the project and the character was reportedly written considering Aasif’s quirky acting style. The actor made sure to bring his character alive on screens and did justice to the script.
Aasif Sheikh’s family was not so supportive of his acting career. During few of his candid interviews, he had revealed that his father had almost disowned him because of his decision of perceiving a career in acting.
