We all know that the film Pink which was directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury and produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms made a mark on not just box office but embedded a beautiful and necessary message to all the Indians out there. Now the the duo Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu is all set to hit theatres with their upcoming film project named ‘Badla’, which will tentatively release on March 8, 2019.
Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh has confirmed the release date by tweeting, “Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu… #Badla to release on 8 March 2019… Directed by Sujoy Ghosh… Produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Azure Entertainment (sic).”

According to Taran’s tweet the film is produced by none other than King Khan, yes the film is produced by Shah Rukh Khan under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment and Akshay Puri.
At the time of release it will be competing with Marvel’s much-anticipated Captain Marvel. Considering the Marvel’s most recent film Avengers: Infinity War made over `200 crore in India, Captain Marvel can be a though one to leave behind for Badla.
Either the production has to change it’s release date for Badla or hope that Captain Marvel should not release on the same date. Also there can be a miracle which will be all time achievement for the duo especially Taapsee in her growing career that their film Badla defeats Marvel series with box office numbers.
