On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Akshay Kumar took to his social media handle to announce his new film, ‘Raksha Bandhan.‘ Directed by Aanand L Rai, ‘Raksha Bandhan’ will be produced by Colour Yellow Productions and Cape Of Good Films.
Sharing the first look of his upcoming film, he wrote, “Hardly ever in life does one come across a story that touches your heart so deeply and so instantly…it’s the quickest I’ve signed a film in my career. Dedicating this film, #RakshaBandhan to my dear sister, Alka and to the most special bond in the world…that of a brother and sister.

‘Raksha Bandhan’ is set to hit the theaters on November 5, 2021.
Apart from ‘Raksha Bandhan,’ Akshay Kumar also has ‘Bell Bottom’, ‘Laxxmi Bomb’, ‘Atrangi Re’, and ‘Sooryavanshi’ in his kitty. ‘Laxxmi Bomb’ is all set for a digital release. ‘Sooryavanshi’ will have a theatrical opening.
