Alia Bhatt turns singer yet again for her upcoming film, Sadak 2, which is set to release tonight on DisneyPlus Hotstar. The actress sang the reprised version of the song, ‘Tum Se Hi’ which is sung by Ankit Tiwari, in the video, the ‘Kalank’ actress can be singing gracefully and it will surely make you fall in love with her voice.

The actress took to her Instagram handle and shared a BTS picture, in which, she can be seen sitting under a spotlight with a guitar in her hand, she captioned it as: “It’s show time ✨(link in bio)”

In the video, there are montage clips from the original Mahesh Bhatt’s 1991 film ‘Sadak’ playing in the background as Alia sings and those snippets featured Sanjay Dutt and Pooja Bhatt.
This is not the first time Aliaa has sung, in the past, she has sung ‘Samjhawan Unplugged’, Ikk Kudi (Club Mix) and ‘Humsafar’ among other songs.
‘Tum Se Hi’ has been composed by Ankit Tiwari and he has also composed the music along with Leena Bose.
Talking about the movie, ‘Sadak 2’ marks Mahesh Bhatt’s return to direction after 21 years, produced by Mukesh Bhatt under their banner Vishesh Films Apart from Alia, Aditya, Sanjay, and Pooja, the film stars Makarand Deshpande, Gulshan Grover, Jisshu Sengupta, and others.
The film was initially scheduled for release on 25 March 2020, however, was pushed to 10 July 2020. Later, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the makers decided to release the film on the OTT platform.
‘Sadak 2’ premieres at 7:30 PM on August 28, on DisneyPlus Hotstar.
