Stylish star Allu Arjun after the super success of ‘Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’ will next be seen in ‘Pushpa’. The Sukumar directorial features Rashmika Mandana as a female lead. Rumours abound Allu Arjun is all set to collaborate with Mahi V Raghav. They are coming together for a political thriller.
Apparently The Duvvada Jagannadham star recently met director Mahi R Raghav. The talented duo discussed the possibilities of collaborating for a project. The actor was quite impressed with the idea put forward by the Yatra director. It looks like the initial talks went on well and the actor-director might team up next year.
The film is said to be a political thriller, based on real incidents. Prasad V Potluri has expressed his interest to bankroll Mahi’s project with Allu Arjun. The makers will soon make an official announcement regarding the same.
On the work front, Allu Arjun will soon resume work on ‘Pushpa’. The film is all about red sandalwood smugglers and their livelihood. Bunny’s film recently made the headlines after Vijay Sethupathi confirmed that he walked out of the film. Apparently, Makkal Selvan took this decision citing unavailability of dates.
Allu Arjun’s first look from the movie was released by the makers on his birthday. Bunny’s gritty avatar created a buzz on social media. Pushpa will be released in five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada. Kannada actor Dhananjaya is also a part of the film.
Allu Arjun also has Icon in his kitty.
