Shah Rukh Khan’s Son Aryan Khan Sent To NCB Custody Till October 7

Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha have been sent to Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody till 7th October.

NCB had sought their custody till 11 October for offences under section 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

Satish Manishinde, lawyer of Aryan told the court that no drugs has been recovered from him and that there was no possession or evidence of consumption. Further, he also told the court, “He did not have a ticket or a boarding pass, no allotted seat number or cabin. He reached the dock to board and the authorities screened him. His luggage along with that of his friends was also screened and nothing was found.” Maneshinde also said that he will file Khan’s bail application on Monday before the regular court.

Shah Rukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan was snapped as she was leaving Mannat and heading towards court where son Aryan was presented for his bail hearing after he was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in a drug probe.

Earlier today, Aryan Khan was snapped leaving with the officials for a medical test ahead of his court hearing in the alleged drugs case. SRK’s son along with others were arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Sunday after a raid on a cruise ship in Mumbai.
