Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon will be reuniting for Amar Kaushik’s horror-comedy, Bhediya. The duo has previously worked together in Dilwale and Kalank. Varun dropped the film’s announcement video on social media with the release date of the horror-comedy. He was welcomed by Roohi and Stree’s star cast into their horror-comedy universe.
Taking to Instagram Varun sharing the teaser wrote,”#BHEDIYA 🐺 ka pranaam #stree ji aur #roohi ji ko. In theatres 14 TH April 2022.”
In the teaser video, we see a man turning into a werewolf on full moon nights. Varun was soon welcomed by Stree aka Shraddha Kapoor. She wrote, “#STREE apni darawani duniya mein swagat karti hai #BHEDIYA 🐺(sic).”
Roohi aka Janhvi Kapoor too did the same, “#Roohi apni darawani duniya mein swagat karti hai #Bhediya ka!
In cinemas 14th April, 2022.”
Bhediya is a part of Maddock films horror franchise. It is being helmed by Amar Kaushik and also features Abhishek Banerjee and Deepak Dobriyal. The cast of the film has begun shooting for a schedule in Arunachal Pradesh. The movie is set to release on April 14, 2022.
On the work front, Varun Dhawan also has Jug Jugg Jeeyo directed by Raj Mehta and co-starring Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani in his kitty. The actor also has an Arun Khetarpal biopic by Sriram Raghavan.
