Big Boss 13: Is Salman Khan Getting Rs 31 Cr Per Weekend To Host The Show?

Superstar Salman Khan is all set to host the new season of popular reality show Bigg Boss. The Dabangg Khan who is basking in the glory of his recent release Bharat will be hosting the show for the tenth time in a row. Apparently the actor will be paid Rs 31 crore per weekend for his appearance.

As reported by a source to KoiMoi, Salman Khan’s fees for this season will be “Rs 31 crores per weekend (Sat-Sun)”. The actor had charged Rs 12-14 crore per episode last year and took home a pay cheque of Rs 8 crore for each episode in Bigg Boss 10. But this year he will be taking home a whopping amount of Rs. 403 crore in 26 episodes.

This year there are major changes taking place in the popular show. Unlike last year there will be no commoners only celebrities inside the house. The other change is that the house will not be set in Lonavala but in Film City, Mumbai.

Celebrities like, Chunky Panday, Rajpal Yadav, Warina Hussain, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Ankita Lokhande, Rakesh Vashisth, Mahika Sharma, Danny D, Jeet Chirag Paswan, Vijender Singh, Rahul Khandelwal, Himansh Kohli, Mahima Chaudhary, Meghna Malik, Mahaakshay Chakraborty, Dayanand Shetty, Faizy Boo, Ritu Beri, Sonal Chauhan, Fazilpuria and Siddharth Shukla, have been approached for the show.

Reports also claim that Salman Khan might be producing the Big Boss franchise along with few other shows like the ‘Kapil Sharma Show’ and ‘Nach Baliye’.

Big Boss Season 13 will be aired on September 29, 2019 and the finale will be staged on January 10, 2019.
