Bigg Boss is one of the most talked about show in TV-town. This year the makers introduced a new version i.e. Bigg Boss OTT, which was available to watch live on Colors’ OTT platform i.e. Voot. Today (September 18) marks the grand finale of the show. This Karan Johar hosted OTT show comes to an end having five finalists- Shamita Shetty, Divya Agarwal, Nishant Bhat, Pratik Sehajpal and Raqesh Bapat. Divya Agarwal emerged as the winner of Bigg Boss OTT.
Winner, Divya Agarwal takes home Bigg Boss OTT trophy alongside the price money of Rs. 25 lakh. The actress and model is known for enjoying a great fan following after her appearance on shows such as Splitsvilla, Roadies, Ace Of Space and others. Ever since her entry in Bigg Boss OTT house, she kept the audience glued with her game strategy. Throughout performing the tasks and while making connections in the house, she made sure to attract the eyeballs. She was the only contestant in the house to remain not making any special connection. While talking to Karan Johar, she even confessed that not being able to make any connection in Bigg Boss OTT house made her even more strong and self dependent.
Owing to the pandemic Coronavirus lockdown’s the OTT platforms and digital medium recorded a sudden boom. After 14 successful seasons, this is the first time Bigg Boss makers introduced the first OTT version of the show, which was available for live watch. Contestants spent six-weeks in the BBOTT house. Like previous seasons, Bigg Boss OTT made headlines for all the ugly fights, controversial statements and for equation of contestants in the house.
