BTS’ DNA Music Video Hits 1 Billion Mark

BTS has been on a roll this year. Following the release of Suga’s return as Agust D, the group is gearing up to welcome their 7th debut anniversary in style with BTS FESTA 2020. Meanwhile, BTS has also announced that they are already working on new music following their successful Map Of The Soul: 7. The band is set to release their Japanese album ‘Map Of The Soul: 7 – The Journey’ in July 2020. In addition to all of this, BTS’ DNA has also achieved a huge milestone for the South Korean boy band.

The music video for BTS’ DNA has hit the 1 billion mark. This makes them the first Korean boy group to have achieved this milestone. DNA is from BTS’ 2018 album Love Yourself: Answer and the music video for the popular song has hit  1 billion views on YouTube. This is another feather in the cap of the Korean boy band that has been making and breaking records ever since its inception. BTS recently set a new record by becoming the 1st Korean Artist to surpass 20 Million total album sales on Gaon Chart. Moreover, BTS member V also broke ‘Gangnam Style’s eight-year record with his new single ‘Sweet Night’. Meanwhile, BTS member Suga’s collaboration with K-pop idol IU also claimed the top spot on US iTunes Chart. All in all, it is a great time to be a part of the BTS ARMY.

The original music video for BTS’ DNA was released on September 17, 2018. It was the title track of the hit album.
