South superstar Dhanush‘s much-anticipated film has been officially launched on January 8 in Chennai. The Karthick Naren directorial’s launch began with a customary pooja in the presence of the entire cast and crew. Sathya Jyothi Films, the producer of the Dhanush-starrer, shared pictures on their official social media page.
Their tweet read, “We are very happy to start our shoot of #D43 from today! We seek all your love & blessings Hugging face #D43ShootBegins @dhanushkraja @karthicknaren_M @MalavikaM_ @gvprakash @smruthi_venkat @thondankani @Lyricist_Vivek (sic).”

Choreographer Jani Master also shared an image of Dhanush rehearsing for a song, that is being sung by the star.
Meanwhile, Dhanush is waiting for the release of Karthik Subbaraj’s Jagame Thanthiram and Mari Selvaraj’s Karnan. He will also be seen in Bollywood film Atrangi Re. The movie also features Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar in pivotal roles.
