Actress Emma Stone is officially engaged to SNL writer Dave McCary after two years of dating. Her longtime boyfriend Dave McCary made it official when he shared a heart melting picture of the two on the morning of Thursday. Emma’s boyfriend announced the happy news by sharing a picture of the couple smiling enthusiastically as Emma flaunted her new bling excitedly.
For the unversed, the couple have been dating for the last two years. They met first time on SNL in October 2017. McCary is a segment director for SNL. He met Emma when the Oscar-winning actress starred in the sketch “Well for Boys” which McCary had directed.
Ever since then, the couple kept themselves in touch. Dave McCary took to Instagram to share the exciting news with everyone. He captioned the picture with two adjoined hearts emoji. Check out the picture below.
Emma’s previous last relationship was with Andrew Garfield which ended in the year back in 2015 after four years of dating. Now, the former couple resume to be friends. Meanwhile, talking about the engaged couple Emma and Dave, they are one talented couple as Dave McCary has been twice nominated for Emmys whereas Emma won an Oscar for her role in the film La La Land and was nominated for her part in The Favourite.
