COVID-19 Pandemic has brought the whole world to a standstill. India at present stands second in the world with highest coronavirus cases. Many Bollywood celebrities too have contracted the virus. One of them being Hrithik Roshan’s mother Pinkie Roshan. She has confirmed the news to TOI and also added that she is asymptomatic.
In an interview to Times Of India, Pinkie Roshan said, “Every 20 days or so, we have been getting everyone checked as a precaution. This includes all our family members and the staff. This time, about a week ago, I tested COVID-19 positive borderline. I have no symptoms and my doctors told me that my yoga and exercise regime has helped in a big way to keep this in control; however, it meant that I have had the virus in me for 15 days. I am expected to undergo another test tomorrow and let’s hope it will be negative.”
Hrithik’s family is taking all safety measures to try and have fool-proof isolation for Pinkie while she recovers. They have all shifted to different places to ensure that no one else contracts the deadly infection from her.
Incidentally, it is Pinkie Roshan’s birthday and the family has made it special for her. She shared it on Instagram. Sharing the picture, she wrote, “#myfamily brings in my birthday with this surprise at my door (sic).”
Rakesh Roshan too has wished his wife. Sharing a picture of them together he wrote, “Happy Birthday #Pinkie peace & happiness always. God Bless! (sic).”
