On Wednesday, Ekta Kapoor organized a huge Diwali party at her residence in Mumbai for her friends from the film and television industry.
Many celebrities were in attendance, including stars- Hina Khan, Urvashi Dholakia, Saif Ali Khan’s son Ibrahim Ali Khan, Karishma Tanna, Anita Hassanandani, Tusshar Kapoor, Sakshi Tanwar, Mandira Bedi, Krystle D’Souza, Mouni Roy, Ridhi Dogra, Mohit Sehgal, Sanaya Irani, Kartik Aaryan, Salman Khan, and others graced the party.

Next week, Ekta will be traveling to New Delhi to receive her Padma Shri. She was conferred with the fourth highest civilian honour, Padma Shri Award. Reportedly, she will be accompanied by her father and Bollywood superstar Jeetendra.
On the work front, Ekta is also bankrolling movies like Kartik Aaryan’s Freddy, Ek Villain Returns with John Abraham, Disha Patani, Arjun Kapoor, and Tara Sutaria, Rashmika Mandanna and Amitabh Bachchan’s Goodbye, and Hansal Mehta’s untitled thriller with Kareena Kapoor Khan and others.
