covid-19 lockdown: Jackie Shroff stuck between Mumbai-Pune, shares video message

The lockdown situation in the country amid the coronavirus pandemic has been giving tough times to many people including Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff. The actor revealed being stuck between Mumbai-Pune, distant from his family, Jackie sharing a positive message with his fans on social media.

Sharing the video message of his official Twitter handle, the 63-year old actor tweeted, “Stay Home Stay Safe in lockdown bhidus.”

The video begins with the actor acknowledging his fans for showering his with and his son Tiger Shroff with so much love. He says, “Main ek chaal ka ladka tha, ab bhi mera dil chali ka hai (I was a slum dweller, my heart still belongs in the slum)”

The ‘Tridev’ actor tells his fans to stay indoors amid the COVID-19 crisis, “Its your duty to obey the rules of the lockdown, do it for your child, think about your family. Stay at home. I think you all should be staying home, take it easy, do pranayam. Consume mustard oil, salt and turmeric at home. Look into the eyes of your mother, your wife, your kid, your lover or whosoever you love. Listen to your heart, if you plan to go out, you end up taking tension and giving tension to your family. Sudhar jao. Even God is relaxing above. Breathe a bit, just relax at home.” he says.

At present his wife Aisha, daughter Krishna, and son Tiger are at their residency in Mumbai. The star said he could have gone home too by getting a grant etc but chose not to flout the lockdown and urged others to do the same.
