Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah and Sanjana have been trending on social media for the last few days. Rumours of their wedding have been viral on social media. Jasprit has finally set the rumours of his marriage with Sanjana to a rest. He has finally tied the knot with his girlfriend TV presenter Sanjana Ganesan in Goa on Monday (March 15).
Bumrah shared the news on Instagram with the caption, “Love, if it finds you worthy, directs your course. Steered by love, we have begun a new journey together. Today is one of the happiest days of our lives and we feel blessed to be able to share the news of our wedding and our joy with you. Jasprit & Sanjana.”

As reported by sources to TOI, The pre-wedding rituals of Jasprit and Sanjana were completed in Goa on Sunday. The wedding is all set to take place on Monday(March 15). The wedding is said to be a private affair with family and close friends in attendance. Due to the COVID-19 situation, not more than 20 guests will be attending the private function in Goa.
The guests have been reportedly asked not to carry their mobile phones. The couple wants to keep the affair a secret and stay away from the limelight.
India team members would not be present in Bumrah’s marriage due to the ongoing series as well as the bio-bubble restrictions.
Bumrah was born and brought up in Ahmedabad. The fast bowler first took up cricket under the coaching of Kishore Trivedi. TV presenter Sanjana Ganesan was a finalist at the Miss India pageant in 2014. She was also part of the MTV Splitsvilla reality show.
