Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney to tie the knot this weekend

One of Hollywood’s hotshot couple Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney are set to get hitched this weekend. As reported by People’s, The much in love couple plan to say their “I Do’s” on Saturday in front of friends and family at the luxurious Belcourt of Newport, Rhode Island. Jennifer and Cooke will be tying the knot eight months after getting engaged. The Oscar-winning actress, 29, and the art gallery director, 34 dated for a brief period of time before they had got engaged.

The swanky venue has been designed by American artist Richard Morris Hunt. It was inspired by Louis XIII’s hunting lodge at Versailles. Currently home to Carolyn Rafaelian, CEO of Alex and Ani the venue will host 150 guests.

According to a report in TMZ, the menu too will satiate a varied palate. It includes sweet potato flat cakes, brussels sprouts with cured egg yolk, smoked pork belly with pickled apple and salt cod beignet. Whereas the main course includes dishes like either wood-roasted fish with herbs and lemon-infused butter or 5-week-aged leg of beef with forager’s sauce. For desserts, there will be sourdough bread pudding with chocolate and marshmallow smores among other things. It will also have speciality cocktails in the form of either bourbon old-fashioneds or gin cucumber lavender champagnes.

The Hunger Games actress has been quite tight-lipped about her relation with Maroney ever since the two were first linked in June 2018. However, this past June, the actress was heard praising her soon-to-be husband. She called him the greatest human being she has ever met.

As reported Page Six., “Jennifer and Cooke were at the weddings bureau together on the morning of September 16, with a female friend and a photographer. They sat in the couches to the left and were trying to remain unseen.”
