Comedian Kapil Sharma is among the many celebrities who recently got married. The comedian tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrarh on December 12 in Jalandhar. The wedding was a true Punjabi one and all the guests and friends had a gala of a time.
Kapil Sharma took to photo sharing application Instagram and shared a picture of their Anand Karaj ceremony which also took place in Jalandhar.
On the wedding day, Kapil was seen wearing a traditional Sikh wear with white embroidered sherwani and pink turban around his head. In the photo, he is also seen holding a sword in his hand.
On the other hand, the bride Ginni Chatrath was looking gorgeous in a matching pink lehenga with a red dupatta on her forehead.
In another pic shared by the ace comedian soon after his wedding, the couple looked extremely royal.
In a video uploaded by Bollywood Laddu on Instagram, it is seen that the couple are seated in a Gurudwara where they are given good wishes for their future together by the gurus. One even is heard making a remark that a serious look didn’t quite go well with someone like Kapil who is often seen cracking jokes and making people laugh on live TV.
Kapil Sharma’s family will host a reception in Amritsar for the newlyweds while the actor-comedian will host a separate reception in Mumbai on December 24 for the film fraternity and his friends.
