Actor Dhanush’s much-awaited Karnan’s release date is finally out. The Mari Selvaraj’s film is all set to hit screens in April 2021. The film’s director took to Twitter and shared Karnan’s release date announcement teaser. The viral black and white teaser opens to a horse galloping towards a hilly area. Dhanush holding a sword and running towards rocky hills. He is dressed in a checkered lungi and a vest and wielding a sword. The video ends with the announcement of the film’s release date.

Karnan features Gauri Kishan of 96 fame in a key role, while popular Mollywood star Lal is also a part of the upcoming Kollywood film.
On the work front, Dhanush is currently busy with the shooting of his upcoming untitled film with director Karthik Naren. The film has Malavika Mohanan as the leading lady.
