Katrina Kaif took to her Instagram handle and revealed the name of her character in ‘Bharat’. While sharing her look from the movie, Katrina wrote that the name of her character is Kumud Raina. She further wrote: “I had the most incredible time working on this character, the whole journey has been the most exciting for me yet, after working with @aliabbaszafar in three films. Cant wait to for everyone to see the film.” In the picture, she is seen wearing a yellow saree with a black bindi on her forehead. As she wrote, “Kumud Raina 1975”, so from this, we can make it out that this is her look from the 70s.

The makers, as well as Katrina, have been treating us with her BTS pictures and videos from the movie. She looked elegant and graceful in the Indian get up and those curls add to her beauty. Katrina is playing Salman’s love interest in ‘Bharat’.
Salman and Katrina’s jodi is very much loved by audiences and they went gaga after watching the trailer that was released yesterday i.e April 22. Both have together given blockbusters like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, and ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ to name a few. This time too they are expected to set the screens on fire.
‘Bharat’ is an official adaptation of South Korean film ‘Ode to My Father’. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the movie also stars Disha Patani, Sonali Kulkarni, Tabu, Aasif Sheikh, Nora Fatehi, Sunil Grover and Jackie Shroff in pivotal roles. Varun Dhawan will do a cameo. It is slated to hit the screens on June 5, 2019.
