It is confirmed Keerthy Suresh is cast as the female lead of Sarkaru Vaari Paata. The news was shared by Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu as he wished Keerthy on her birthday. Keerthy Suresh is celebrating her birthday today(October 17). Mahesh Babu took to his Twitter handle and wishing the National Award winner welcomed her aboard Sarkaru Vaari Paata.

Rumour has it that Anil Kapoor and Vidya Balan too are a pivotal part of the film. But there is no confirmation of the same as yet.
