‘Never Have I Ever’ stars Maitreyi Ramakrishnan and Richa Moorjani groove to a Punjabi track

Netflix’s new show ‘Never Have I Ever’ has received a roaring response from viewers ever since it released. The comedy-drama show revolves around the life of a 15-year old girl Devi who lives in California with her mom and cousin sister.

Ever since the show has premiered, the cast often shares BTS unseen photos and videos of the cast. Recently, Richa Moorjani who plays Kamala in the show took to her Instagram handle and shared a video from the cast’s wrap up party.

In the video, she, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan aka Devi and Poorna Jagannathan aka Devi’s mom Nalini can be seen dancing their hearts out as they groove to a Punjabi song.“We asked for a Bollywood song and of course we got Punjabi MC – but nonetheless the party got way more fun 😈🕺🏽. @neverhaveiever Season 1 wrap party 🎉 @netflix @maitreyiramakrishnan @asekar95 @poornagraphy_,” she captioned the video.

‘Never Have I Ever’ premiered on Netflix on April 27, 2020. The story centers around Devi a 15-year-old Tamil Indian American high school girl from Sherman Oaks, California and after an awful freshman year, she wants to develop her social status, but friends, family, and feelings do not make it easy for her. The show has also earned positive reviews from the viewers.

The comedy-drama has been created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher.
