Mohanlal, the south star who is now done with the hoot of the film ‘Ittymaani: Made in China’ is now back and busy with his next project. The film has been titled as ‘Big Brother’. The film will be directed by Siddique and will kick start in Ernakulam. The film shall also mark Bollywood star, Arbaaz Khan’s debut in the Malayalam film industry.
The actor was over the moon when he said to the press on the sets of an upcoming film “I am very excited about my Malayalam debut with Mohanlal sir. The film is directed by Siddique sir. I feel it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me and I am so excited about it”
The star cast of ‘Big Brother’ also consists of Anoop Menon, Sarjano Khalid, and Satna Titus. While Mohanlal, Anoop Menon, and Sarjano Khalid play brothers in this film, Arbaaz Khan shall be playing the role of a police officer.
The film ‘Ittymaani: Made in China’ is in the post-production stage. The film is set to release this year itself. The film ‘Big Brother’ also after the shoot is over shall be releasing this year itself. The film has been directed by first-time directors Jibi and Joju and is produced by Anthony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
Mohanlal has a lot of films on his plate this year. He has also shot for the film ‘Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’. The film shooing got over a couple of months back. Now the film is in post-production stage. It is a historical film that is set to release early next year.
