South beauty Nayanthara is all set to amaze her fans with her next film titled Mookuthi Amman. The actress will be depicting the role of a goddess for the first time in her career. Recently the makers have shared some new stills of the actress. The stills give us a glimpse of Nayanthara as goddess Amman. The new stills created a buzz on social media and fans are in awe of Lady Superstar’s look.

In the stills, Nayanthara is seen clad in a red and green saree with matching accessories. She also has a Trishul in her hand.
Talking about the film, RJ Balaji had told Times of India: “This will be a 100% saami (devotional) padam. It’s not a satire on the genre. It will have all the elements that were there in the devotional films that we grew up watching. It will be a nostalgic trip, but there will also be a takeaway that is relevant, especially in these present times.”
On the work front, Nayanthara was last seen on screen in Rajinikanth’s ‘Darbar’. She will next be seen in her boyfriend-filmmaker Vignesh Shivn’s Tamil romantic-comedy ‘Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kadhal’. The movie also features Samantha and Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles.
Rumour has it that Nayanthara is all set to tie the knot with beau Vignesh Shivan. The much in love couple are apparently going for a private ceremony at a temple in Tamil Nadu.
