Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case has been taking new turns with new developments coming out in the spotlight. Countries top agencies-CBI, NCB and ED are currently investigating the case. The late actor’s father, K.K. Singh’s lawyer, Vikas Singh had earlier stated to the media that the family was forced to sign the statements in Marathi by Mumbai Police. Now, the police has reacted to these claims of family and denied it.
Vikas Singh had earlier said, “The family has never given any statement of Sushant dying by suicide. These statements were recorded by the Mumbai Police in Marathi. The family also objected, ‘Please don’t write in Marathi if you want us to sign.’ They were forced to sign a statement written in Marathi. They had no clue of what was being written”.
According to report by India Today, Mumbai Police reacting to the family’s claims has stated during a press conference that the statements of Sushant’s three sisters and father were recorded in presence of the late actor’s brother-in-law and Faridabad Police Commissioner OP Singh, another brother-in-law Siddharth Tanwar and his wife Priyanka Singh (both of them are Supreme Court lawyers).
