The Indian television producer and director, Ekta Kapoor has announced the fourth season of the supernatural show ‘Naagin’. The Naagin series is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms.
Naagin is undoubtedly one of the most famous and watched Hindi shows on television. It follows the story of a shape-shifting snake and her plans to avenge her lover’s death, who was brutally murdered by humans.
The announcement of Naagin 4 was made on the auspicious occasion of Nag Panchami. The festival of snakes was celebrated on August 5, 2019, she shared a small video on her Instagram handle with caption “Happieeee naagpanchami guys! Sept we will announce d next #naagin for #naagin4! Some surprises on wat I’ll see n where ull see!!!! ??♂️????????????”

The video assures how Naagin 4 will be full of revenge and will pick up from where it left in the last season.
Naagin 3′ featured Surbhi Jyoti, Anita Hassanandani, Pearl V Puri, Rajat Tokas, and Rakshanda Khan in lead roles. Whereas the first season starred Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlan, Adaa Khan, and Sudha Chandran whereas the second season saw Mouni, Karanvir Bohra and Adaa in important roles. Actress Mouni Roy continued to play the central character of Naagin in all the three seasons.
Rumours have been doing the rounds that either Hina Khan or Surbhi Chandna will be playing the main role in the 4th season of Naagin whereas Vivek Dahiya or Arjun Bijlani might play the male lead.
Ekta will announce the cast of season 4 in September 2019.
