Nickyanka Wedding: Umaid Bhawan Palace lit up ahead of the nuptials

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ wedding festivities kicked off at the Umaid Bhavan Palace in Jodhpur yesterday. The much in love couple, along with their family members and close friends have already reached the venue. The venue that is also home to the royal family of Jodhpur has been lit up like a fairytale palace for Nickyanka’s wedding.

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ Mehendi ceremony took place yesterday morning and not only Priyanka, even her in-laws and her soon to be groom applied mehendi on their hands. Nickyanka once again set up major couple goals by having each other’s initials drawn on their hands, the couple later hosted a cocktail party for their family and friends there.

Today, the couple’s sangeet ceremony will take place and Priyanka will be performing a special song with her mother Madhu Chopra. Ganesh Hegde has choreographed the sangeet ceremony. Nick too will have a special performance.

Just like Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s Lake Como wedding, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas too have banned mobile phones at their wedding venue – Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. Therefore, we are yet to get our hands on the inside pics and videos of the pre-wedding festivities.

On December 1, the couple will get married in a Christian ceremony which will be officiated by Nick Jonas’ father. The couple’s wedding as per Hindu customs will take place on December 2, 2018 and Nick and Priyanka will be wearing colour coordinated outfits designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.
