Telugu actor Nithiin and his longtime girlfriend Shalini Kandukuri tied the knot on July 26th. The very private but grand wedding took place at Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. The much in love couple were earlier set to tie the knot on April 16.The Coronavirus Lockdown caused the wedding to be postponed. Pictures from the wedding are viral on the internet.
In the photos shared by Nithiin, the actor is seen wearing a bright red sherwani with white dhoti and printed red dupatta. While Shalini wore a heavy golden saree with an embroidered blouse and completed her look by donning diamond jewellery. Nithiin posted the photos with a caption stating, “Mothaniki oka INTIVAADINI ayyanuu… Need all ur blessings n love.”

The wedding was attended by actors like Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, and Kartikeya. Also seen were Telangana CM KCR’s daughter K Kavitha, Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav, few MLAs, and MPs from Telangana state. Rana Daggubati, Varun Tej Konidela, Raashi Khanna, Lakshmi Manchu, and others congratulated the couple on social media.
Last seen on screen in Telugu romantic comedy Bheeshma, which was a blockbuster; Nithiin’s next release will be Rang De, which is scheduled to hit the screens later this year. He will also star in the yet-untitled Telugu remake of Bollywood hit Andhadhun. He also has a Telugu project with filmmaker Chandrasekhar Yeleti.
