On Saturday, Akshay Kumar shared the first poster of his upcoming film, ‘Oh My God 2.’ In the poster, he is seen essaying the character of Lord Shiva. He is also seen in a complete blue avatar with long hair.
Sharing the posters, the ‘Desi Boyz’ actor captioned it as: “‘कर्ता करे न कर सके शिव करे सो होय ..’ 🙏🏻 Need your blessings and wishes for #OMG2, our honest and humble attempt to reflect on an important social issue. The film also stars Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi. Bankrolled by Cape of Good Film, Vipul D Shah, Rajesh Bahl, and Ashwin Varde. On October 21st, the cast and crew of OMG 2 commenced shooting in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. They will be filming at Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple, Ram Ghat, Kaal Bhairav temple, and Tower Chowk.
The film is the sequel to the 2012 film OMG – Oh My God. It was written and directed by Umesh Shukla.
Originally, it also featured Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar in the lead roles, along with Mithun Chakraborty, Om Puri, Govind Namdeo, Poonam Jhawer, Puja Gupta, and Mahesh Manjrekar in pivotal roles.
