Parth Samthaan aka Anurag Basu of Ekta Kapoor’s popular show ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ recently, tested negative for the novel coronavirus and resume the shooting of the show, is reported to quit the show to concentrate on his health.
According to a source, in Pinkvilla, it states, “Parth wants to now direct his attention towards his health and the other projects he is in talks with. Ekta Kapoor has been trying to persuade Parth into retainment but the actor has expressed his wish to opt out. The production, in the meantime, has already started to consider actors to step in Parth’s shoes but are finding it difficult”
Earlier, during a live session with Pinkvilla, Parth stated that he is in talks about a Bollywood project, and he will soon be seen on the big screen showing his acting skills, “There’s a good chance that I’ll be doing a film this year,” he said.
Earlier, Parth, announced on his social media that he had tested negative for COVID-19, “As you all know by now… My reports are negative & I feel much better. Thank you all for keeping me in your prayers… Thanks a ton, God bless you,” he wrote.
After being in self-isolation for almost 17 days, he had headed to Pune to stay with his family to spend some quality time with his loved ones.
