Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are getting married in December. Ahead of that, her friends and family hosted a gorgeous bridal shower for the bride-to-be in New York on Sunday.
Priyanka looked stunning in a white strapless Marchesa dress and a beaming smile. She teamed it with diamond jewellery and nude pumps. The actress wore her hair in soft waves, sported berry lips and had a shimmering small clutch in her hand.
She also shared a moment from her fun-filled bridal shower on Instagram. Priyanka shared a picture on her Instagram stories and wrote, “My girls are in town”.
The party was hosted by Priyanka’s close friends Mubina Rattonsey and Anjula Acharia with Hollywood celebs such as Kelly Ripa, Lupita Nyong’o and her future sister-in-law Danielle Jonas. Talking to paparazzi outside the NYC venue, the actress said she was ‘so much’ excited for the party.
Buzz is that she is marrying in the first week of December in Jodhpur’s Umaid Bhawan Palace. There will be a couple of receptions. One in the US and one for Bollywood folks. PeeCee’s family wants the Jonases to experience Indian culture first hand.
Priyanka and Nick’s wedding will follow the gala wedding ceremonies of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in Lake Como, Italy. With the two divas getting hitched back to back, it’s going to be an exciting time.
