On Friday, Prabhas and Pooja Hegde starrer ‘Radhe Shyam has finally got a release date. The film will hit the screens on 14 January 2022, coinciding with Sankranthi. The film is set to clash with Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’, and Pawan Kalyan’s next.

‘Radhe Shyam’ is a period romance film written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar, starring Prabhas and Pooja Hegde. The film is shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages. The film is produced by UV Creations and T-Series, presented by Gulshan Kumar.
The film also stars Sachin Khedekar, Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Kunaal Roy Kapoor, Riddhi Kumar, Sasha Chettri, and Sathyan in other important roles.
Set in Europe of the 1970s, the film’s music is scored by Justin Prabhakaran with cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. This film marks the return of Prabhas to the romantic genre after a gap of almost a decade. ‘Radhe Shyam’ is set to release in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.
