On Monday, Raj Kundra who was arrested by the Mumbai Police two months back was granted bail in the alleged adult films production case. A Mumbai court granted him bail on the surety of Rs 50,000. Kundra’s associate and co-accused Ryan Thorpe, who was arrested along with him on July 19, was also granted bail by the court.
Raj Kundra was snapped by the paparazzi as he was seen heading home after he was released after 2 months of custody in the alleged adult films case. Kundra was booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.

According to the Times Of India, Kundra was seen getting emotional as he returned home, “Shilpa Shetty’s boy Ravi went inside the jail and was carrying a fresh pair of clothes for Raj Kundra. He changed, put a teeka and then stepped out of jail. Raj was extremely emotional when he stepped out and was in tears. He avoided all the media frenzy and photographers and got into a car waiting for him, which then took him to his Mercedes, which was waiting at a distance to ferry him home.”
