Rajinikanth’s ‘Blood Pressure Is Under Control’; Discharge Decision To Be Taken By Evening

Superstar, Rajinikanth was admitted to the Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad on Friday i.e. December 25. The actor was taken under strict medical attention following a major fluctuation in his blood pressure. According to the latest reports, his blood pressure is now under control and the doctors are yet to take decision on his discharge.

According to the hospital, “His blood pressure medications are being titrated carefully and he will continue to be under close monitoring. He has been advised complete rest in view of his labile blood pressure and visitors are not being allowed to meet him. Based on his investigations and control of blood pressure, a decision on his discharge will be taken by the evening.”

Apparently, Rajinikanth’s daughter is currently with him at the hospital to take care of him. Doctors who are treating him have asked him to take good rest and they have also urged his well wishers to avoid visiting him.

For the unversed, Rajinikanth was shooting for his upcoming Tamil film, ‘Annaatthe’ in Hyderabad. However, the shoot schedule was called off after four crew members had tested positive for the COVID-19. The star then went back to his Chennai residence. He is said to have shown no symptoms for Coronavirus infection.
