South star Rana Daggubati after the stupendous success of ‘Baahubali’ will soon be seen in Prabhu Solomon directorial ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’. The film is a tribute to the Rajesh Khanna-starrer with the same title. The shoot of the film is already on. Recently a picture from the sets of the movie leaked online and has created a buzz.

In the picture, we can see Rana in a tattered t-shirt and shades with wild tresses and untamable beard. His lean avatar left us stunned. Rana looks unrecognizable in this leaked picture and seems to have gone through a major transformation for ‘Haathi Mere Saathi’.
The actor is presently shooting for the film in the jungles of Kerala and has even shared a picture from his stay there.
The movie is a tri-lingual and will be simultaneously shot in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi with the first look of the film released on January 1, 2018.

The drama features Pulkit Samrat, Vishnu Vishal, Zoya Hussain and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles. Produced by Eros International, the film is titled ‘Kaadan’ in Tamil, ‘Aranya’ in Telugu. The movie highlights the man-animal relationship and is a story inspired by true events.
On the work front, Rana Daggubati also has ‘Housefull 4’. He came on board after Nana Patekar had to quit the film post the #MeToo movement. But we are not sure if he is reprising Nana’s role in the movie or some other. He will also begin shooting for ‘Virata Parvam’ which will be directed by Venu Udugula. The shooting of the film is all set to begin from June this year.
