The new season of Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s mystery thriller ‘Sacred Games’ is all set to premiere soon. The official trailer has promised some intriguing twists and turns that is making the wait impossible for fans. Now, Netflix has shared a retro look of the entire cast that has raised the expectation quotient to a new high.

From Saif Ali Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui to Kalki Koechlin, Pankaj Tripathi and many more. Each one is sporting the edgy retro look. The glam shoot channels the 70’s vibe of Mumbai.
The characters were styled by celebrity stylists Tanya Ghavri and Mohit Rai. The duo has opted for a combination of suits, sneakers, sweaters, and jeans in floral geometric patterns. It was captured on camera by celebrity lensman Rohan Shrestha.

The second part of the series will pick up from the nailbiting climax of Season 1. Saif Ali Khan who plays Sartaj Singh embarks on a journey of self-discovery and tries to save Mumbai from a massacre. Pankaj Tripathi who was seen as Guruji in the first part is playing a larger than life part in the new season. He is apparently holding the key to save Mumbai.
Sacred Games is based on the book of the same name by Vikram Chandra. The series is written by an excellent team of writers including Varun Grover. The series is being directed by Anurag Kashyap and Neeraj Ghaywan. Vikramaditya Motwane serves as the showrunner.
‘Sacred Games’ will air from August 15, 2019, on NetFlix.
