Superstar Salman Khan had a double celebration on December 27, 2019. One was for the super-success of his film Dabangg 3 and the other was his birthday. Yes, the Bharat star rang in his 54th birthday with a big bash that was held at brother Sohail Khan’s home. He also received one of the best gifts on the occasion as his sister Arpita gave birth to a baby girl on the same day.
Salman’s sister Arpita Khan Sharma delivered a baby girl in the morning. Arpita and Aayush Sharma lovingly named her as ‘Ayat’.
During an interaction with the media at a studio, Salman Khan spoke about being a Mamu once again. Salman said, “Today, we are blessed with Ayat and I saw her picture first thing in the morning. That is the best thing. From today, the significance of 27th Dec has changed. Jese Utha hu, phone check kia and photo dekhi Ayat ki. Most beautiful. Ab iske baad 27 December geya. Ab celebration saath mein hoga.”
He further added that, “Abhi hogaya Mama ka, Chacha ka, ab Baap banne ka Baki hain”(He has been a mama (maternal uncle) and a chacha (paternal uncle) for years now and the only thing left is to become a father).

The Dabangg 3 actor mentioned that the meaning and significance of December 27 has changed for him forever and that he will not be celebrating his birthday alone again. He will have his niece Ayat celebrating with him.
On the work front, Salman Khan will next feature in ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ co-starring Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff. The film has been slated for Eid 2020 release.
