Sanjay Leela Bhansali to bring Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan together in Saudagar like movies. The Padmaavat director is working to cast two Khans together.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who is known for making big-budget movies is likely to cast Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan together in his upcoming film like Saudagar. The Padmaavat director is working on an idea to bring these two Khans together on the silver screen in 2019.

It is to be noted that Bhansali, who keeps himself away from events, parties was seen spending a good time at Salman Khan’s 53rd Birthday last week.  There were rumours of him casting Salman and Shah Rukh for different subjects but nothing of this sort happened as of now. If anything to go by rumours, we hear that the Bhansali is indeed planning a project with the two Khans.

According to the DNA report, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is considering a subject like 1991 movie Saudagar which starred Shah Rukh and Salman. In the movie, SRK and Bhaijan play friends who have a fallout and become sworn enemies, only to let bygones be bygones towards the end of the story to reunite against a common enemy and for greater good.

“However, he’s being utmost cautious that it’s not seen as inspired from Subhash Ghai’s 1991 superhit starring Dilip Kumar and Raaj Kumar, ” a source told DNA.

Well, If Bhansali brings these two Khans on the big screen together, then it would be interesting to watch Salman and SRK do a full-fledged film together after Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam (2002).

Shah Rukh’s Zero, which released on December 21did not perform well at the box office despite the festive season. Meanwhile, Salman Khan will next be seen in Bharat, which is slated to release on Eid 2019.
