Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan to share screen space in Badla?

Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan have worked in a number of hit flicks and are apparently coming together once again.

Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan have worked in a number of hit flicks prominent amongst them being ‘Mohabbatein’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’ and ‘Bhootnath’. Fans have been eagerly awaiting the Shahenshah and Badshah to share screen space once again and their wish is being granted for the talented duo will apparently share the screen in upcoming release ‘Badla’.

The film is an official remake of the 2016 Spanish film ‘Contratiempo’ also known as ‘The Invisible Guest’ and is being co-produced by SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment along with Sunir Kheterpal and Akshai Puri, Azure Entertainment.

As per a report in Midday, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan will be reuniting again after a decade for Sujoy Ghosh’s ‘Badla’. Apparently, the ‘Raees’ Khan will be having an extended cameo in the movie in which Big B is depicting the role of a lawyer investigating the death of a young man. ‘Badla’ also features Taapsee Pannu.

A trade source told the leading tabloid, “Shah Rukh will shoot for ‘Badla’ after ‘Zero’ releases on December 21. Initially, his role was planned as a cameo, but the makers decided to extend it. Shah Rukh will be seen as Taapsee’s husband and his character will be integral to the narrative.”

There has been no confirmation of the same by the makers.

On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan also has ‘Brahmastra’ co-starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, whereas SRK is gearing for the release of ‘Zero’ co-starring Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
