On Monday, Raj Kundra was granted bail by a magistrate court in Mumbai. He was arrested two months back by the Mumbai Police over allegations of creating and distributing porn films. Raj was granted bail by a Mumbai court on a surety of ₹ 50,000, after almost two months in jail.
He was lodged in Arthur Road Jail in central Mumbai under judicial custody. Kundra’s associate and co-accused Ryan Thorpe, who was also arrested along with him on July 19, was granted bail by the court. Now, his wife-actress Shilpa Shetty shared her first-ever post her husband’s bail.
On her Instagram story, Shilpa shared, “Rainbows exist to prove that beautiful things can happen after a bad storm — Roger Lee.”

Shilpa and Raj’s son Viaan also shared a picture of himself with his mother and sister Samisha and his Instagram handle from their Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. He wrote, “Life as long as Lord Ganesha’s trunk, Trouble as small as his mouse, Moments as sweet as modaks. Ganpati Bappa Morya! ❤️”

Shetty was recently named as one of the witnesses in the case. According to The Indian Express, the actress said she was not aware of what her husband was up to, “I am not aware about the Hotshots or Bollyfame apps. I was too busy with my own work and hence, not aware about what Kundra was up to. Kundra started Viaan Industries Limited in 2015, and I was one of the directors till 2020 when I resigned due to personal reasons.”
Currently, Shilpa is seen as a judge on Super Dancer 4, alongside Geeta Kapur and Anurag Basu.
