Mom Shilpa Shetty Reveals She Would Gift Her 20-carat Diamond To Son Viaan’s Future Wife On THIS Condition

Bollywood actress, Shilpa Shetty Kundra is known for shelling out major family goals for her fans. The actress is often seen spending a quality time with her family members and she keeps sharing updates on her social media. This time around, she reveals that she will be gifting her 20-carat diamond to her son, Viaan’s future wife only on one single condition.

Shilpa is among the list of actresses who has always expressed her love for jewellery and accessories. In a recent interview to Vogue, Shilpa shared that, “I always tell my son if your wife is good to me she might get my 20-carat diamond, otherwise, she will have to make do with some smaller ones!”.

She mentioned further that she has been collecting ‘Serpenti’ watches by Bulgari for quite some years now. She stated that, “Not only are they stylish, they important to me because in my Mangalorean clan, we worship the snake god,” further adding, “They symbolise the beginning of mankind.” 

Recalling beautiful moment of her life, Shilpa opens up how hubby, Raj Kundra had proposed to her. She said, “It was a five-carat diamond ring and I might sound really materialistic but I was like, ‘It’s just five carats.’ I took a while to say yes because I was like, ‘This is not what I imagined.’ No, no, I am just joking. Because I took two seconds more, he was like, ‘The wedding ring will be bigger.’ So I said yes there and then. He knew that I have always wanted to go to the Eiffel Tower. I have shot in Paris, I have shot beneath the Eiffel Tower, but I had decided that I would go up only with the man I end up with.”

On the work fronts, Shetty has been gearing up for the release of her come-back film, ‘Nikamma’. This flick also features Abhimanyu Dassani and debutante Shirley Setia.
