‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’ actress Shweta Tiwari has reportedly filed a police complaint against husband Abhinav Kohli for domestic violence. There were reports about the couple separating and that all is not well in Shweta Tiwari’s married life since 2017. Both Shweta and Abhinav had refuted the reports calling them rumours.
Reportedly, Shweta was found crying outside a police station where she came to lodge a complaint against her husband Abhinav for slapping her daughter, Palak, in a fit of rage, under the influence of alcohol.
According to a SpotBoye, he was interrogated for around 4 hours in front of Shweta and Palak. An official complaint has been filed by Shweta stating how her husband used filthy language to abuse her daughter and even accused him of passing obscene comments.
A complaint has been filed under section No.342/19 u/s 354-A, 323, 504, 506, 509 IPC r/w 67-A IT act at the Samta Nagar police station in Kandivali East.
As reported by BollywoodLife. The actress’s husband is apparently in custody and investigation has been going on around the case.
There has been no statement issued by Shweta on the subject as yet.
Shweta Tiwari tied the knot for the second time in the year 2013 with Abhinav Kohli and became a mother again in December 2016 to a son Reyaansh Kohli. The actress was earlier married to actor Raja Chaudhary and had a daughter Palak from her marriage to him. They got divorced in 2007 after nine years of togetherness.
