Bollywood handsome hunk, Sidharth Malhotra was last seen sharing the screen space with Tara Sutaria and Riteish Deshmukh in ‘Marjaavaan’. This Milap Zaveri’s directorial couldn’t pull out great success at the box-office. According to the latest reports, Sid has now signed Ronnie Screwvala’s next project, which is said to be an action thriller.
As reported by sources to Pinkvilla, “Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP has been planning an action film for sometime now. It’s an espionage thriller which will be mounted on a big scale. They wanted a young actor to play the lead and offered it to Sidharth. He liked the script and agreed to be part of the project. The film is a well conceptualised spy thriller with several stunts and action sequences in it.”
Sources added after Vicky Kaushal starrer ‘Uri’ worked well for the production house. The team had been working on their next film’s pre-production. This new project revolves around the India-Pakistan cross border relationship. And Sidharth will be seen as a RAW agent in Pakistan.
Sid is yet to confirm the news officially with his fans.
On the work front, he has ‘Shershaah’ in the line up for his next release. The film is being helmed by Vishnuvardhan and it also stars Kiara Advani. The actor is also planning to begin his work for ‘Gumrah’ (the Thadam remake) from November this year.
