Bollywood actor Sumeet Vyas tied the knot with television actress Ekta Kaul in the presence of family and close friends in Jammu on September 15. You must have seen several photos of their wedding ceremony which are doing rounds on social media. But, now they have finally shared an official wedding portrait on their respective Instagram accounts.
Couple get married all the time, but the last year Bollywood had witnessed several weddings, it’s like someone told all the Bollywood stars to get married quickly now. To quote Barney Stinson, “It’s a freaking epidemic”
Sumeet Vyas, who was last seen in Veere Di Wedding, can be seen in a cream-coloured sherwani while Ekta looks amazing in a maroon lehenga. The couple got married after quietly dating each other for months. They’re holding each other’s hands tightly against a pink backdrop. “Couldn’t have been happier,” they wrote alongside the picture they shared on Instagram.
Their quirky invitation card, which began with ‘Holy sh*t! Sh*t just got real!’ was also shared online by the card’s designer. Speaking about the card in an earlier interview, Sumeet had said, “It is a reflection of me. Actually, I did not want it to be regular, boring card with a lot of details but a quirky, yet simple one. Ekta ideated, the designers sent a few designs and we jointly decided to go ahead with this. Being the writer, I came up with the content.”
