The first poster of Jeethu Joseph’s upcoming directoial ‘Thambi'(younger brother), is out and already a hit with the masses. Yes, fans just could not stop themselves from gushing over the Karthi and Jyotika starrer poster that was shared by actor Suriya on social media. This is the first time the talented duo are sharing the screen space.

The poster shows one half of Karthi and Jyotika’s face. There’s also a police car in what appears to be the middle of a foggy road. The film is jointly bankrolled by Viacom 18 and Parallel Minds Productions and will release in December this year. Thambi will be titled Donga in Telugu.
The makers have also shared the teaser of the film and it will give you the chills.
Thambi also features Sathyaraj, Malayalam actor Anson Paul, Nikhila Vimal, and Ammu Abhirami. There have been reports that the film will also star veteran actor Sowcar Janaki and Master Ashwanth.
Jyotika was last seen in the film, Jackpot. The film didn’t really work at the box office and failed to impress the audience. Karthi had raised the bar pretty high with his performance in Kaithi. Now there are a lot of expectations from his upcoming release.
