South superstar Suriya today took to social media and unveiled the official trailer of Jyotika and Karthi’s Thambi. The much-awaited trailer of Thambi is full of suspense and intrigue. It will take you on an emotional rollercoaster ride with thriller elements added to it.

In the trailer we see Karthi’s character Saravanan leaving his home only to return after a long gap of 15 years. The family is full of joy and smiles when Saravanan is back home. But, Jyotika keeps doubting Karthi’s return. Thambi’s trailer will keep the viewers at the edge of their seats with its unexpected twists and turns.
Thambi is jointly bankrolled by Suraj Sadanah from Parallel Minds Productions in along with Viacom18 Studios. Nikhila Vimal will be seen opposite Karthi in the film and it also stars Seetha, Anson Paul, Ilavarasu, veteran actor Sowcar Janaki and Ammu Abhirami in important roles. The movie will hit the big screens on December 20, 2019.
The movie will be titled Donga in Telugu. Thambi is the first time Karthi will be seen sharing screen space with his sister-in-law Jyothika.
