Blinks have been eagerly waiting for the update about BlackPink member, Lisa’s solo debut album. The main rapper and dancer of the group, has been working on her solo projects for a while now. Thus she has been away from the limelight. According to the latest reports, YG Entertainment confirms that Lalisa has indeed kickstarted filming her solo songs for her debut solo album.
The Thai artist, who is currently in South Korea will be the third member from BlackPink to unleash her solo album. Jennie was the first one to release her solo debut album in 2018( Solo album), followed by Rose’s -R- album in 2020 and now its Lisa’s turn. Lalisa will unleash her debut solo album in summer next year. An official from the YG Entertainment confirms to Star News that ‘Lalisa preps for the shootings of her solo album’. Jisoo on the other side is prepping to mark her acting debut in a leading role with Snowdrop.
BlackPink made debut as a South Korean idol group in 2016. This year in August, the four girls will ring in the celebrations of 5th anniversary of being together. As a part of the celebrations, YG Entertainment will unleash 4 +1 project which will be a special treat for the Blinks. Reportedly, their debut anniversary celebrations will include five elements that the label has planned to take fans on fun filled ride.
