Bollywood’s Singham Ajay Devgn after giving a blockbuster hit in rom-com ‘De De Pyar De’ is all set for his next. The intense actor will soon be seen reprising the role of legendary football coach Syed Abdul Rahim. The movie is being produced by Zee Studios, Boney Kapoor, Akash Chawla and Joy Sengupta. Directed by Amit Ravindranath Sharma of ‘Badhaai Ho’ fame.

The movie is titled ‘Maidaan’ and also features Keerthy Suresh of ‘Mahanati’ fame as the female lead. Screenplay and dialogue by Saiwyn Quadras and Ritesh Shah.
On the work front, Ajay Devgn also has ‘Taanaji: Unsung Warrior’ in his kitty. He will be reprising the titular role. The period drama also features Kajol and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles. He also has a Luv Ranjan film with Ranbir Kapoor and Bhuj: The Pride Of India co-starring Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra. The story of the war drama is based on a real-life incident. It is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Krishan Kumar.
Ajay Devgn will also be seen marking his debut in Telugu Film Industry with magnum opus RRR. The movie features Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt and Jr NTR.
