The actor who is quite active on social media often shares glimpses of his fitness routine on Instagram. Recently he shared a shirtless picture of himself strolling on a beach. Fans are super impressed with the 63-year-old’s fit body that can easily put to shame a youngster.
Anil Kapoor sharing the picture wrote: “This papa doesn’t preach, just removes his top and walks to the beach.”
He added, how difficult it is to control the urge of taste buds as a Punjabi boy. He asserts that the process of fitness is very difficult to accomplish alone. Encourages people to involve family when they need to follow a diet strictly.

Needless to say Anil Kapoor’s post sent Instagram into some sort of a meltdown. Reacting to his post his daughters Sonam and Rhea wrote, “Dad!” Sonam’s husband Anand Ahuja dropped the mind-blown emoji. Arjun Kapoor reacted with the fire icon. Hrithik Roshan wrote: “I agree” while Shilpa Shetty termed him as an “inspiration.”
On the work front, Anil Kapoor’s last big-screen outing was Mohit Suri’s crime-thriller Malang. His next is Mumbai Saga, co-starring John Abraham. The Jhakaas star will also be seen in historical drama Takht directed by Karan Johar.
