On June 14, last year, Sushant Singh Rajput passed away at his Bandra residence in Mumbai. Today, on SSR’s first death anniversary, his ex-girlfriend and actress Ankita Lokhande paid an emotional tribute to him on her Instagram and it’ll surely leave you emotional.
The video featured some priceless moments between the couple. From their ‘Pavitra Rishta’ days to Sushant Singh Rajput preparing for his film ‘MS Dhoni’ to their romantic moments, to their public events at award functions, and some candid moments with each other. The beautiful 4-minute video had it all.
The ‘Baaghi 3’ actress added the ‘Bombay Theme’ by AR Rahman as the background music and captioned the video stating, “14 June 💔This was our journey !!!!Phir milenge chalte chalte✋”

Ankita also organized a special puja at her home on Sushant Singh Rajput’s first death anniversary.
Apart from Lokhande, many celebrities like his ‘Sonchiriya’ co-star Bhumi Pednekar, Abhishek Kapoor, Mukesh Chhabra, Sanjana Sanghi and many others paid their heartfelt tribute on SSR’s first death anniversary.
Ankita and Sushant began dating after their first meeting on the set of their television show, ‘Pavitra Rishta’ in 2010, however, the duo parted ways in 2016. Later, Sushant dated actress Rhea Chakraborty, and Ankita is currently in a relationship with businessman Vicky Jain.
